Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described. Once the return is received in good condition, we will credit you via the original payment method within 5 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted on herbs and oils and clothing (unless it's unworn with original tags attached).

For your protection, we recommend shipping returns with tracking as lost packages en-route to us will not be refunded.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item. We may require additional information to assist with a carrier claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Porch Pirates

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend using a secure delivery location or making arrangements to receive your package whenever possible.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
